Bitcoin's price soars above $1,100 (near record highs) As Chinese citizens find ways to bypass capital controls that the Chinese government has tried to place on Bitcoin exchanges in China.

According to ZeroHedge, despite concerted efforts by authorities to crackdown on capital outflows -- specifically through virtual currencies -- prices for Bitcoin are soaring as Chinese citizens find ways around regulatory controls. Bitcoin just topped $1,100 -- near record highs -- as Chinese traders shift their action from regulated-exchanges to local peer-to-peer (P2P) marketplaces.
China’s central bank has stepped up oversight of bitcoin exchanges this year, leading major trading platforms to impose halts on withdrawals and other checks to appease the regulator (the central bank). But, as Quartz reports, Chinese traders aren’t playing along — they are apparently flocking to peer-to-peer marketplaces to continue buying and selling bitcoin.

Compare Bitcoin exchanges in China and US

I am a Chinese live in China.
China has several large bitcoin exchanges, such as btcchina, okcoin, huobi and several smaller ones deal with bitcoin and altcoin exchange.
As I know, all of them accept RMB bank deposit. You can easily transfer money from your online bank account to their account, and they will receive that instantly and confirm that in 1-2 hours, no transfer fee needed.
If you want to take your money back, you will need to pay a fee between 0.1%(okcoin) to 0.5%(btcchina, huobi), and the money will be in your bank account in 6 hours.
No trading fee needed in huobi and okcoin. Btcchina implements a maketaker mechanism with 0.3% trading fee, the maker takes it, the taker pays for it.
Bitcoin deposit and withdraw is fast. Most of them have made declaration on the recent mtgox incident and it seems no exchange in China is affected.
I heard that as there is no Bitcoin exchange in US can deal with dollabitcoin trade, how can American people buy/sell bitcoin? In foreign exchanges? Is it convenient?
Please describe the trade experience and I want to analize the importance of an American exchange.
Thank you.
